This is your invitation
to dream with us.

We believe that investing in a community-centric campus with a hub for our signature Upper School programs will unlock opportunities for SAAS students and faculty across all grades and departments and realize our mission for this generation.

A home for the Upper School programs will be the final
puzzle piece on the SAAS block.

SAAS students’ potential has outgrown our current spaces, and thanks to past school leaders and donors, Seattle Academy owns the entire block on 12th Avenue between Spring and Union.

The largest portion of the block has yet to be developed and is the footprint for a 5-story, 100,000 square foot building: a home for the Upper School programs and the final puzzle piece on the SAAS block.

This is the home that we need to ensure that SAAS remains dynamic and cohesive for the next generation of Seattle.

The building is designed to enhance and deepen connections between students and their peers, between students and their teachers, between seemingly disparate academic subjects, between SAAS and the Seattle community, and between Seattle and the world.

“A home for the Upper School will enhance campus cohesion, deepen the sense of connection in community gathering spaces, and unlock student creativity and collaboration in dynamic classrooms across emerging and long established programs.”
